Data used

The app reads the store catalog and requested metafields. With permission it reads location inventory and order/refund amounts, order identifiers and timestamps. Financial queries do not request customer names, addresses, email or phone. Merchant-supplied metafields and feedback can contain personal data. Shopify sessions may contain merchant account identity and access tokens used for authentication.

Storage and purpose

Data is used to prepare merchant-requested reports. Catalog files are private and retained for 24 hours; financial exports are generated in memory and not retained. Shopify source bulk files use Shopify’s own expiring storage. Saved presets, schedules, feedback, export history and per-shop monthly usage counts remain until deletion or uninstall. This app does not sell report data or send it to advertising analytics.

Access and deletion

Use Settings and schedules to download saved settings/metadata or delete saved app data. Retained report contents are available separately from export history. Uninstall removes local app data and sessions. Shopify privacy redaction requests remove cached report data; data-access requests appear in the app for a response to the merchant. Files downloaded to merchant devices are outside the app’s retention control. Production backup retention and subprocessors must be documented before launch.

Service providers and review

Shopify processes API and billing requests. Your hosting provider processes server/database/files. Email and Google Drive delivery are not enabled. This page describes current application behavior and needs the operator’s final privacy/legal review before publication.
